I’m finding that struggling helps put things in perspective.
It doesn’t mean you are a failure- it helps one to be creative. Is it fun, no, but that’s not the point. Sometimes being successful isn’t fun either. You’re mentally drained and exhausted.

The main thing is keep going, struggles are short lived. Don’t ever believe that a struggle is a failure!

It’s been a LONG day of rearranging schedules!

Michigan - I’m done booking- 😩🥲 I’m at my max everyday! I wish i could have 150 but with time and my body, i just can’t!

I am coming home for two weeks to help out at Hot Mess Therapy while Alexis is finishing her state license.

I know it’s been a wait for some of you and i told Alexis i was willing to help as you all mean a lot to me and i know you have waited. I want HMT to be successful. I will be working out of HMT.

This is what i do! Massage IS NOT a luxury! I loathe when people say that because i see so many clients who would argue that.

As you can see in photo 1- this client has a winged scapula which means tight AS is pushing that out. Right side is tight and a Hot Mess! By the end- top photo- it was fixed!

Don’t get me wrong- some want to relax but most need help!

Massage is a monthly must! If you don’t do it, you’re body will tell you that you do! ITS NOT A LUXURY!

So…… after much consideration I’m selling my CBD line. I love Joy and what it does for people but i literally don’t have the time to put into it like i did in Michigan. After researching CBD for 6 years and choosing one of the top lines, it’s a hard decision.
However, I have found myself solely working on massage and building that down here. I just hate to have so much inventory and I’m not doing anything with it.

If you want a side business or to add to your own business it has never failed me. Why?? It’s good stuff!
Someday maybe I’ll get back into it but for now, its time for me to just have one focus ❤️😊

We have good days and we have discouraging days!

I hate having these conversations as it’s uncomfortable for me but it needs to be said.

I have and have had since 2019 a 24 hour cancellation policy! If you do not cancel within that time frame or you just don’t show up, you will be charged for that session!

Why? I can’t replace that time with a client if i don’t have notice or it’s short notice. If you don’t show up or cancel, i don’t get paid. It’s simple. I completely understand that things come up. I am flexible and fair, but please appreciate what i do and my time.

I’ve never wanted to keep a credit card on file for this reason but now i have no choice. 😢😢

Please be prepared to have a credit card ready to be stored.

Sorry for the long post but I LOVE HELPING OTHERS!

So today i had a client for the first time, explained how we are going to get her better. It was a wonderful conversation!

After a little conversation she asked if I’d being willing to see her mom who has a herniated disc, torn rotator, and is just immobile. She’s afraid of surgery and she’s afraid a massage will hurt and make things worse. Obviously I’m trained to not hurt, but someone who is unfamiliar it may be scary!!

I said i will help her! I will go to her, as she can’t drive, and i will help with exercises, stretches and massage to get her better!

Is FARMED SALMON just as healthy WILD? 🤔 Compare and contrast the appearance of farmed (left) and wild (right). In the ocean, wild salmon burn excess calories and are leaner than farm-raised salmon... which is why their fat lines are very thin (the white stripes you see in the meat in the picture above). In farm-raised salmon, the white stripes are thick (fatty). Certain species of wild salmon have flesh that is bright red due its natural astaxanthin content. Astaxanthin is a type of carotenoid (an organic pigment) that comes from what wild salmon eat in the ocean: krill, plankton, shrimp, etc. Astaxanthin has anti-oxidant-like properties.

Wild salmon meat is also likely to be brighter due to its increased blood supply and need for more oxygen to sustain its energy demands during adulthood. Simply put, wild salmon is an active fish eating a variety of foods... while farmed is not.

Nails!!! I’ve got them! I can still work without poking clients. I did trim them so there was no hangover, however i bought the short so not much work.
No harsh chemicals, no smell, so easy, reusable, and my nails look cute again!

For me, this is wonderful! I have so many left over too. For $13-15 the amount you get is beyond worth it.

What i especially like is i don’t have to wait 6 weeks to get new. I can mix match whatever i want and do them whenever i want. I am going to use the brush on glue next but these held within seconds from the glue that came with it.
