I was very hesitant to share this because it can be truly embarrassing and make you self-conscious, but it NEEDS to be shared! 😶‍🌫️

If you're struggling with weight gain, low energy, no motivation, forgetfulness, loss of sexual desire — you're probably stuck in fight or flight mode, and your body needs support in controlling cortisol and other imperative hormones.
