So proud of one of my clients who is progressing amazingly. We did some yoga together, pg naked, that helped him to de-stress followed by massage work.

Great session today with one of clients. Since our sessions, he's no longer been having any rotator cuff issues! 😃. Today's session was focused on his low back and groin area from a hernia he had. By the end of the session, he felt much less pain. We did some intense partner yoga along with some deep massage work after. DM me for sessions! 💫

Had an amazing session with a client yesterday. Not only did we do my signature massage but we incorporated some partner yoga to further enhance his mind/body connection. It's so great seeing him progress so far. 😇🙏🏾
