This is the beginning of one of our favorite times of year at NAMI! ​​​​​​​​

The first hints of spring are emerging: flowers are starting to bloom, the temperature's beginning to warm up, and things are feeling more vibrant. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
(The pollen's even affecting those of us "lucky" enough to have seasonal allergies 🙄)​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We also have Spring Equinox toward the end of March to look forward to, which marks the beginning of a new astrological year! This brings about a time of new beginnings, fresh perspectives, and renewed energy. ​​​​​​​​

We know the calendar year begins in January...but for some reason, to us it never feels like it's really the new year until almost March! ​​​​​​​​

But it makes sense from an astrological perspective, because Spring begins March 20th in the sign Aries. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Aries is all about drive, taking action, initiative, passion, leadership, and being fearless.​​​​​​​​
