Glad he is ok but his story should be awake up call for everyone who doesn’t go to the doctor for check up or those who ignore the warning signs of a problem. Please know that this is not just for textbook “unhealthy” people… Even people who are seemingly the healthiest or the strongest can have a heart attack.

It was one of those days where we really wanted to just kick back and snuggle up to popcorn and good flicks. Sometimes you just need a break… every now and then doing much of nothing is the best thing to do. Rest and relaxation is always needed and appreciated 🥰🧘🏽‍♀️ I hope you all have a wonderful evening.


I’ve been practicing meditation for over 20 years and about 12 years ago I started teaching people how to meditate. Meditation has so very many benefits not just on your mental/emotional health but it has proven to benefit the physical body as well. Even if you can only do 5 minutes of meditation a day, it’s a start! Any little bit will make a tremendous difference, I promise. 🧘🏽‍♀️ 💜


It’s no secret that everyone looks forward to Fridays…. Don’t be discouraged because it’s “Monday”. Did you know that “Mon” in French means “My”? Dis you know that their are so many benefits to laughing? Laughing not only uplifts your emotional state, reduces your risk of hypertension and heart attack but research conducted by Vanderbilt University Medical Center revealed that laughing for 10 to 15 minutes burns between 10 and 40 calories.😊 Doesn’t sounds like much but every calorie counts and that should give you all the more motivation to get in to the practice of laughing more! Make it a goal to find joy in your day, smile and find things that will make you laugh 😁 Watch how wonderful you feel.
