I got Botox in my masseters and wow!… I did NOT realize how much my clenching was changing my face and making it wider than it naturally was! 😭
For context, this wasn’t a cosmetic decision. I clench and grind my teeth so badly that I’ve cracked THREE molars so far. Botox in the masseter helps relax the muscle and reduce the force from clenching, so I decided to try it to hopefully save my teeth.
What I didn’t fully realize is that relaxing the masseter can also cause the muscle to shrink over time, which can slim the lower face and change the appearance of your jawline so I got my old jaw line back!!!😩🙌🏽
It definitely helped with the clenching and my jaw isn’t in pain daily anymore.

A new lash set for the week! I tried these pre glued lashes from Amazon, and I’m not mad at them! They’re super lightweight and easy to apply. I also added a thin layer of lash glue for extra hold, so they’re double secured and should last even longer!

can throw a party, okayyy!! I had the best time attending the screening of Why Did I Get Married Again? It was truly a TIMEEE! The movie had me cackling! I loved seeing this story and cast come back together again. Y’all are definitely going to love this one! 🎬🍿
