Today we say goodbye to our sweetest little girl, Lulu. 🤍
She was with us for 15 beautiful years.

She was always so happy when we came home, her little tiptoes following us around the house. She loved her walks, chasing bunnies, running as fast as she could in the backyard—and playing in the snow.

She was so, so good. This doesn’t feel real.

Thank you for being our ferocious little guard dog and a best friend to everyone you met. We will forever miss you, sweet girl.

I hope you’re up in heaven playing with your cousin Ramona.

Love you forever, baby.

I’m so stinking proud of this kid! It still feels like we just dropped him off at Hanover.

I can’t believe he’s graduating this May with a double major and double minor! Yesterday he was honored with two awards—one in Classical Studies and one in Anthropology.

Next stop… Yale University for his master’s in archaeology 🎓✨

I had the best time in Austin with this crew. We learned so much at the Frequency training, but the best part was doing it alongside women who are not just coworkers… they’re truly my friends.

Grateful to work with people who will laugh with you, push you, challenge you, and help you level up at the same time.

These are the kinds of experiences that make you realize how lucky you are to build a business with people you genuinely love being around.

A couple of our Curls took a little trip to Indy to learn all about a new product line we’re bringing into Pin-Up Curls: O&M 🤍

We are so excited about this line. It’s clean, PETA-approved, and checks all the boxes we care about when it comes to what we use on our guests. We truly believe you’re going to love it as much as we do.

Huge thank you to the Cool Beauty team for putting together such an incredible event and for hosting us at the Bottleworks Hotel on Mass Ave. If you’ve never stayed there—add it to your list. Beautiful hotel, walkable to the cutest restaurants and shops… 10/10 recommend ✨

One of the best parts of the weekend? Reconnecting with salon owners from all across the Midwest. Sharing ideas, stories, growth, and good energy is always a reminder of why we love this industry so much.

New products. New inspiration. New chapter energy.
2026 is already feeling really good, and we can’t wait to bring O&M into the salon and share it with our guests.
