✨ **Hi, I’m Robyn! Your bodywork therapist with a soft spot for nervous systems, fascia, and listening to what your body has to say.** 🌿

I specialize in a blend of **MyoSomatic Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.**

My approach is slow, intuitive, and trauma-informed. I believe bodywork doesn't always have to mean *more pressure.*

Sometimes your body needs:

🌿 Space to release
🌙 Time to rest
💛 A nervous system reset
💧 Support to flow

Every session is a little different because **every body is different.** Together, we'll listen to what your body needs and work *with* it—not against it.

💧 **What’s the Difference? Manual Lymphatic Drainage vs. Post-Op Massage**

They often get lumped together online, but they aren't exactly the same thing! 👀

🌿 **Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)**
A gentle, specialized technique using light, rhythmic strokes to support the natural movement of lymph fluid. MLD is performed at the skin level and is **not** a deep-tissue massage.

✨ **Post-Op Massage**
Post-surgical bodywork is a broader category of care specifically adapted for someone recovering from a procedure. Depending on the surgery, stage of healing, and medical guidance, sessions may focus on supporting comfort, swelling management, mobility, scar tissue care, and other recovery needs.

💡 **The important part:** Post-op care isn't one-size-fits-all. The right approach depends on your procedure, your stage of healing, and your surgeon's recommendations.

That's why specialized training matters—and why I'm expanding my education in **Post-Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage with ACOLS**! 📚💧

🌿 **What happens when MyoSomatic Massage, Myofascial Release & Craniosacral Therapy meet?**

Sometimes your body doesn't need **more pressure.** It needs a different approach.

My sessions blend techniques based on what *your body* needs in that moment:

✨ **MyoSomatic Bodywork** — slow, intentional touch with a trauma-informed approach centered around safety, choice, and body awareness.

🌿 **Myofascial Release** — sustained, mindful work with the body's connective tissue to support ease and mobility.

🌙 **Craniosacral Therapy** — gentle touch and deep listening to the subtle rhythms and cues of the body.

Different techniques. One intention:

**Less forcing. More listening.**

Your body isn't a problem to solve. Sometimes it just needs space, support, and a chance to soften. 💛

✨ **Something new is coming this October...** ✨

For the past 3 months, I've been deep in learning mode—reading, studying, training, and soaking up *all things* **Post-Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage**. 💧📚

I've completed online education with **Kathleen Lisson**, a Post-Op Recovery specialist, and the first week of October I'll be continuing my hands-on training and certification with **ACOLS**!

This has been such an intentional step for me. I believe post-surgical care deserves knowledgeable, compassionate support, and I am so excited to continue expanding the ways I can care for my clients. 🌿

💧 **Starting in October, I plan to offer in-home Post-Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage services** to support clients during their recovery.

More details—including service areas, scheduling, and what post-op care may look like—are coming soon!

**If you or someone you know is planning a surgery and would like more information when these services launch, comment “RECOVERY” below or tag someone who may want to know! 👇✨**

🌙 **Craniosacral Therapy: It's Not “Just a Head Massage”**

Craniosacral Therapy is based on a gentle, hands-on approach that looks at the body as a connected whole.

One of the principles I love most? **Your body has its own wisdom.**

Instead of forcing change, CST invites us to listen.

✨ Gentle touch
✨ Following the body's subtle cues
✨ Supporting the whole body—not just one sore spot
✨ Creating space for rest and regulation
✨ Working *with* your body, at its pace

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down enough to notice what the body has been trying to say all along. 🌿

💧 **How often do you REALLY need Lymphatic Drainage?**

One of my favorite takeaways from Doc Talk Detox's video on **The Effectiveness and Frequency Needed for Lymphatic Drainage** is this:

✨ **Consistency often matters more than intensity.**

How often someone may benefit from professional Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) depends on their individual circumstances, lifestyle, goals, and health history. There's no one-size-fits-all answer.

But supporting your lymphatic system doesn't only happen on the massage table. Small daily habits can help support healthy lymph flow too:

🌬️ Deep breathing
💧 Staying hydrated
🚶 Moving your body throughout the day—especially if you sit a lot
🫶 Being consistent, even when you only have a few minutes

Sometimes **2 minutes of intentional movement is better than waiting for the “perfect” time to do an hour.** Your body loves consistency. 🌿

Professional MLD can also be part of your routine, and together we can talk about what frequency makes sense based on your individual goals and needs.

💧 **Could your body be asking for a little more lymphatic support?**

Inspired by Doc Talk Detox's **“5 Signs Your Lymphatic System Is Congested,”** here are a few things people may notice:

✨ Feeling puffy or experiencing persistent swelling
😩 Feeling heavy or sluggish
🧦 Socks, rings, or clothing leaving deeper marks than usual
🌿 A feeling of tightness or fullness in certain areas
😴 Feeling generally run-down or like your body needs extra support

These symptoms can have many different causes, so they don't automatically mean your lymphatic system is “congested.” But your lymphatic system *does* play an important role in fluid balance and immune function. 💧

**Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)** uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to support the natural movement of lymph fluid. No aggressive digging. No painful pressure. Just intentional, skin-level touch designed to work *with* your body. 🌿

💧 **MLD | 1 hour: $144**
💧 **MLD | 1.5 hours: $222**

💧 **How do you know when your lymphatic system may be moving fluid more efficiently?**

There are some changes people may notice, including:

✨ Less puffiness or swelling
✨ Needing to p*e more often
✨ Feeling lighter or less “heavy”
✨ Less tightness in the body
✨ A feeling of deep relaxation
✨ Better awareness of your body's needs

Your lymphatic system is constantly working behind the scenes, helping manage fluid and supporting immune function. **Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)** uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to support this natural process.

And nope—lymphatic drainage shouldn't feel like someone is trying to squeeze the life out of you. 😂 Gentle touch is the point. 💛

💧 **1 hour: $144**
💧 **1.5 hours: $222**

🌿 **What is MyoSomatic Massage?**

Your body doesn't always need to be “fixed.” Sometimes it needs space to **slow down, feel safe, and soften.**

My MyoSomatic approach blends therapeutic bodywork, somatic techniques, and **trauma-informed care**.

✨ Slow, intentional touch
✨ Your comfort comes first
✨ Ongoing consent and choice
✨ We can pause or adjust anytime
✨ Working *with* your body—not forcing it

Less “push through it.”
More **listen to your body.** 💛
