Shear Temptations Salon Cancellation Policy:
Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I respectfully request 48 hours notice or more for canceling or rescheduling appointments by calling or texting me directly. A text notification is automatically sent out 48 hours before and 1 hour before scheduled appointments. Notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment will result in a 50% service fee that must be paid before booking another service. I will send an invoice via email that can be paid online.
** I will NOT tolerate “no call/ no show” cancellations. If this occurs I reserve the right to not book future services or collect a service fee of 100% that must be paid prior to rebooking future services. I will also require a non-refundable deposit of $75 for all color services. **
These policies are designed to benefit all of my guests and myself as a service provider. Last minute cancellations are missed opportunities for other guests to receive services and results in lost income for me. I appreciate all of my wonderful clients and understand that emergencies do pop up. I will keep that in mind when implementing my cancellation policy.
