🚨CLIENTS, PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY🚨

I am writing with important information regarding your upcoming appointment. As a cosmetologist operating in a licensed salon, the SC State Board of Cosmetology requires us to follow strict sanitation guidelines, with which we must adhere to remain open. We continue to follow those guidelines for the sanitation of our workspace and tools. However, in an effort to minimize the risk of spread of Coronavirus, we are taking additional precautionary measures for your safety and our own. Please review these carefully before coming to your appointment to familiarize yourself with them. Guidelines are as follows:

*When you arrive to the salon for your appointment, please text to your stylist to let them know that you have arrived. Your stylist will EITHER 1) text you to let you know that they’re ready for you to come in or 2) come to your vehicle to let you know that they’re ready to begin your service.

*Please arrive on time for your appointment. Schedules are always very time sensitive, but are certainly more so now. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you’ll be asked to reschedule. When your appointment is rescheduled, you’ll be asked to pay a rescheduling fee 50% of your cancelled service. This policy also applies to cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.

*At this time, we are only allowing one person per stylist into the salon. Which means children, spouses, partners, caregivers, and additional family members will need to wait in their vehicle while services are being performed. Children (under the age of 18) receiving services are permitted to have ONE adult accompany them.

*We ask that each guest wear a mask unless there are existing health complications that would prevent one from wearing a mask. Stylists will be wearing masks as well. If you do not have a mask, they will be available for a fee of $5 to cover our costs.

*Upon entering the salon, please proceed to the restroom to wash your hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds.

*We’ve temporarily suspended our high contact hospitality offerings. This means that magazines, coffee, water, or snacks will not be available for at least the next few months.

*If possible, please consult with your stylist ahead of time so that we can begin your service promptly.

*If possible, please make arrangements with your stylist to pay digitally via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal.

*Please, please, please reschedule your appointment if you’re not feeling well or have been in contact with someone not feeling well.
