Moms are foundational to healthy families, and creating spaces for rest, connection, movement, and support matters. In recognition of Mother’s Day and Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month, it was such a joy to pour into mothers, encourage wellness, and remind moms that their mental health matters too!

I do not get many grown-up nights out, but Miya and I had such a time! It was our “Mamas Night Out” and the Women’s Foundation of Mississippi Visionaries program was truly amazing! It was an incredible evening filled with inspiration, joy, and hope for the future. Tatyana Ali was a beautiful keynote speaker. Congratulations to all the honorees!
