RariCuts– Policy
1. Appointments & Time Management
All services are appointment-based unless otherwise stated.
Clients are expected to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be:
Shortened to fit remaining time, or
Cancelled and marked as a no-show.
Late arrivals are still responsible for full service pricing.
Walk-ins are accepted only if time permits and do not take priority over appointments.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12–24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within the required time will result in a 50% inconvenience fee based on the scheduled service price.
All no-show inconvenience fees must be paid in full before booking or receiving the next appointment.
Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments or result in refusal of service.
3. After-Hours Appointments
Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours are considered after-hours services.
A $20 after-hours fee will be added to the total service price.
The after-hours fee is non-negotiable and must be paid at the time of service.
4. Pricing Policy (Strictly Enforced)
All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Prices are clearly posted in-shop and/or online.
Pricing is based on:
Service requested
Hair length, condition, and complexity
Additional services (beard, designs, enhancements, etc.)
No discounts unless officially advertised.
Attempting to negotiate pricing may result in service refusal.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods: Cash / Card / Zelle / Cash App /Google Pay
Payment is due immediately after service.
Tips are appreciated but never required.
6. Legal & Health Regulations
RariCuts complies with all state and local barbering laws.
Services will not be performed if:
A client shows signs of a contagious condition (lice, open sores, skin infections).
