2025 tested me in ways I never expected!

From breaking my foot and not able to walk for 5 months to navigating some health challenges, this year pushed me physically, emotionally, and mentally and took everything out of me. There were moments I had to slow down when I didn’t want to, trust my body when it felt unfamiliar, and lean on others more than I’m used to and lean more into God!

Through it all, I’ve been reminded how incredibly blessed I am. God and My family showed up for me in ways I’ll never forget. My coworkers stood by me with patience, support, and love. And my clients—you have no idea how much your loyalty, kindness, and encouragement meant to me on the hard days.

This year taught me resilience, gratitude, to slow down and the importance of community. I’m walking into the next year and next chapter stronger, more grounded, and more peaceful and deeply thankful for every person who helped carry me through.

Here’s to healing my body, growth, slowing down and appreciating the people who make life meaningful 🤍
