"Toxin Free Tuesdays" is a campaign or initiative designed to promote awareness and encourage individuals to reduce their exposure to harmful chemicals in their everyday lives, focusing on making healthier choices. Each Tuesday, participants might share tips on eliminating toxins from various areas, such as personal care products, household cleaners, and food. This could involve challenges like trying out DIY natural products, sharing recipes for clean eating, or spotlighting eco-friendly brands. Engaging content on social media, such as infographics, videos, and personal stories, can help build a community around the initiative, making it easier for people to adopt toxin-free practices consistently.

Good morning.
Last night I listened more to my audiobook on Audible, ROAR. I got to a wonderful chapter. It reminded me of something the book said earlier. Men and women have different biological functions.
Scientists have known this for a long time; then why are supplements that are for both sexes, only have use instructions that are general.
I am wondering if the use instructions meet in the middle.
What are your thoughts on this subject?

This is my Hugh and Grace page. I also dabble with another program. It is very helpful, but there is something missing.
I realized that at the time, my other system didn’t address hormone health. I credit Michelle Louis for introducing me to the benefits of Hugh and Grace.
TMI I know
but I think I am in the stages of menopause (hopefully the end). The hot flashes and other things associated with THE CHANGE are the worst.
Other than the symptoms, I do not know for sure THE CHANGE is here.
Anyway, the other program got me started. It changed my mind set from a place of only weight loss, to one of losing weight while making a change of lifestyle. With them, I learned to combine supplements, healthy eating, food preparation, and exercise. I learned to curb my cravings with their protein drinks. And I learned that the scale is not a great measure of weight loss, also include a foot tape measure for the body. For me, the scale showed that I lost almost 30 lbs on that program. But, my measurements showed that while I was losing weight in my arms, legs, neck, and face,I was not losing any in my belly area and chest.
Michelle introduced me to Hugh and Grace. I am learning more about both programs. So far, from the Hugh and Grace line, I have tried the Hydrate and Detox, and a sample of the Collagen. What I can say from what I’ve tried is that this is the Umph, I needed. The first few days I tried the Hydrate and Detox. I mixed it with hot water and drank it in the morning. It was sooooo good, the Watermelon flavor just popped. Then I read and idea from Michelle that she drinks it cold. Soi tried it and that was awesome too. The Watermelon taste wasn’t overwhelming the drink, but was just enough, purrrr-fect đŸ˜»đŸ˜»đŸ˜»đŸ˜»đŸ˜»đŸ˜»đŸ˜»đŸ˜». But there’s more. I read from Patti, she likes it cold and mixes with the collagen. For this one, I used my personal blender. I used ice cubes, the powders, and cool water. I put it in my blender cup and blended it. Oh my it was a perfect blend. While the Hydrate and Detox was watermelon flavor the mixture almost tast like a lemon aid. It was good.
The wonderful taste wasn’t the only benefit of the Hydrate and Detox. This is my prospective and is not a claim of the product. I just chose a time when I was on winter break. My grandkids both came over for Christmas. Unbeknownst to me, they both had strep throat and were sick. One of them even stayed the night and slept in my bed with me. Knock on wood. Their parents got sick, but I didn’t even get a sniffle. It was the same time as I was doing the Hydrate and Detox. Coincidence? You decide.
Also, I have not weighed or measured myself since, but I went back to work Monday. Since I was coming back from Christmas Break, I expected to have gained weight like in the past. I wore a pair of pants that I had not worn since before break. But when I wore them I kept having to pull them up. I think that I finally lost some size in my belly area. I will check when I measure myself tomorrow. Oh, and did I mention that they’re leggings. Usually if leggings sink in my waistband, I hike them up over my belly and they stay. Not that day. They wanted to fall.
So, I have mentioned what I have tried in the Hugh and Grace line, but they have so much more that are designed to be friendly to our health and hormones.
For example, Michelle tried their Shampoo and Conditioner. She raved about it on her live. Let me tell you it’s on my list of products to try.
What my motto is “Like our products and become a customer. Love our products and become a partner.”

Are you in the grip of menopause? Not all symptoms are alike and not every why or when we experience THE CHANGE is the same. My experience, having a partial hysterectomy, made my how and when I went through THE CHANGE different than someone who had a full hysterectomy. I created groups to address each of the ways that symptoms may begin. You can talk to other women who are experiencing, will experience, and have experienced THE CHANGE.
