🌧️ Rain Check Sound Bath 🌧️
A little weather change means we’re moving Wednesday’s sound bath indoors! This is an impromptu rain check location, so thank you so much for being flexible with me. 💛
Bring your yoga mat, cozy layers, blankets and anything else that helps you get comfortable.
$15 per person

Come get cozy, tune in, and let the rain do its thing outside while we drift into the sounds inside. ✨

Please keep in mind that cooler temperatures are upon us. Always bring an extra blanket or jacket for these fall and winter outdoor events. Even when you don’t think you need it, it’s good to have! Warm and cozy is the best way to enjoy a sound bath.

A little reminder for every massage client: please tell your massage therapist about any rashes, infections, skin conditions, open wounds, unexplained irritation, or contagious illnesses BEFORE your massage.
Even if you think it’s not contagious. Even if it seems minor. Even if you’re not sure what it is.
Your massage therapist needs to know so we can determine whether massage is appropriate, whether an area needs to be avoided, or whether your appointment needs to be rescheduled until it has been properly addressed.
This isn’t about being embarrassed or judged. We’ve seen skin in all forms. It’s about safety.
Massage therapists work on multiple people throughout the day. We take precautions between every client, but we can only make the appropriate decisions when we have the information we need. Something that seems harmless to you could potentially be spread to another client or to your therapist.
And please understand that this matters beyond one appointment. Our bodies are our tools and our livelihood depends on being able to safely work with our hands and our clients.
Forgetting to mention something, hoping it will go away, or choosing not to disclose it puts everyone at risk.
So please, when in doubt, speak up. ❤️
We would much rather have an honest conversation and figure out the safest option together than have someone leave an appointment with a problem that could have been prevented.
Your honesty protects you, your therapist, and every client who comes after you.

Whispers from the redwoods have been reaching me for a long time. When I practice grounding, I often find myself deep within the most perfect tree becoming one with it. Absorbing into every earthly layer. 🦋🧚♀️

Existing among these trees was a life changing experience. I will never be the same in the most magical way. I see differently now. I feel them deep in my soul.
We are so infinitely blessed.
A sound bath is on the horizon! Join me this Wednesday if the weather is in our favor, 9/9 at 7pm for a sound journey on the sand! Check in with my page the day of about an hour before to confirm we are still on. Make your way to the 6th Ave south beach access with your besties and your blankets and raise your vibration with the community! Donations are welcome if it feels aligned.
