Trying to stay cool this summer but also trying to be healthy... throw a quest peanut butter cup on my ice cream = & healthy 😎
best outdoor companion has to be Bella...with a side of a quest snack of course!! but for real though, there is nothing more healthier than being outdoors, breathing the fresh air, soaking up the rays from the sun. this is the ultimate cure, the best medicine there could possibly be.
if anythings impossible, its to try to get me to stop eating these protein bars!! I might have a slight addiction.... 😋

thankful for these peanut butter cups right about now!! Seriously my favorite of all treats is peanut butter and chocolate together 💖!! now I can have them without the guilt ...( hiding these in my secret pantry, not for long though 😬)

I couldn't stop smiling when I finally got my hands on new addition to the family: LemonCake Protein Bars and let me tell you....THESE ARE SOOOO GOOOD!!! Tastes like candy but soft like cake. if I was eating these blind folded I would never guess it was a protein bar!!! a new favorite to add to my list!!! but whats even more exciting is that just released their version of their first ever and I couldn't be more excited to try them especially since Peanut Butter Cups (peanut butter ANYTHING) are my favorite candy bars!!! Stay tuned ....
There is always the one Quest product that is my go to and it is definitely the protein bars! But to answer which one is my ultimate favorite is a I was hoping I wouldn't be asked. but to simplify my options, if I was offered an unlimited supply for life, but I had to choose that one flavor, in that case, it would have to be birthday cake. probs because its like the in-between of chocolate and fruity flavors and goes with anything or its the white chocolate coating that preserves the softness of the bar?..or maybe its a good excuse to treat myself as if its my birthday any day. Either way, one thing Ill constantly have a stock pile of. if you haven't tried this flavor, what are you waiting for??? Run before they gone... Ok let's hope that doesn't happen. but at least you can say eating birthday cake is actually healthy😁
wouldn't say this felt like summer this year, but definitely a summer that will be remembered for a lifetime. Anyhow, Im just going to enjoy my last raspberry "cheesecake" as I soke up the last few weeks of these hot summer days ... even though I live in Florida and realistically summer doesn't really end here...😂😀☀️⛱️🌞🕶️😎
