Exercise, as well as other aspects of our health, needs to be a habit. For me, I try to get 2 sessions of steady state cardio and 2 stretch sessions each week! What about you? 😉

Do you feel that if they took a MRI of your back on the days you are feeling good and on the days you are feeling bad, they would be different? Structure doesn't change that fast but how you feel can. That's why we treat what you feel and how we see you move! 🕺💃

If you are in your 30's you are more likely than not to have changes in your spine that include degermation and disc bulges. Those who have images of their back and it shows "scary" things like degeneration are more likely to have pain longer! Why do you think that is? 🧐
