Because apparently rearranging the Kind Finds Market wasn’t enough for us today… we also decided it was the perfect time to do a little plant propagation. 😂

There’s something kind of peaceful about pausing in the middle of organizing, pricing, moving things around, and creating a better flow for the space to give a plant a fresh new start.

That’s kind of what this whole room feels like right now too.

A little trimming.
A little rearranging.
A little patience.
A little vision.

And before you know it, something new starts growing. 💚

Today I passed!

Starting back at the beginning tonight for review, and honestly… I’m here for it.

Real estate pre-licensing is a LOT, but every time I hear it again, something else clicks. So we’re taking the extra Zoom time, locking in, reviewing from the start, and giving this exam prep everything I’ve got.

DoorDash rhythm? Figured out.
Spark rhythm? Figured out.
Class rhythm? Getting stronger every day.

This is what “make it happen” looks like after hours. Tired? Yes. Quitting? Absolutely not. 💻📚🏡

Milo is a licensed NC real estate broker, and I’m currently in NC real estate pre-licensing. So you’ll see a mix of practical home content, local community highlights, what I’m learning in class, and real life along the way.

We also want to be very clear: we MUST keep this page NCREC safe and compliant. That means we’ll be intentional with how real estate content is shared, making sure roles are clear and that anything broker-related is handled properly.

We didn’t want this page to just sit here with no direction 👀 and we also didn’t want to lose the people who have followed our journey.
