Carrie Lynn is a certified Practitioner of Vibrational and Sound Therapies. Carrie is now practicing in Jacksonville, Florida and receiving new clients.
After practicing Massage Therapy for 8 years, she began her sound healing journey in October 2023. Carrie has suffered from depression and anxiety in the past, due to losing her Mother at a young age. As a child, Carrie's Mom would hang crystals in the bedroom window. The crystals brought so much joy into the room with all of the lights and colors. While receiving her first sound bath, something inside of Carrie shifted. All of the racing thoughts that used to occupy her mind left completely. She felt relaxed and full of joy. Half way through the session, she opened her eyes and saw a little white light dancing on the ceiling. It was then that she knew she wanted to share this healing experience with the world. Carrie is now practicing in St. Augustine, Florida and receiving new clients. You are welcome to book a session at her home studio (Address upon request). She is also available to travel for special events.

🟣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! 🟣 Life is all about change and I am very excited to announce a big one now… although bittersweet. I have been sharing group sound baths at Mystic light Center for 2 years now. Mo, the beautiful soul who holds space in this magical place is taking on new adventures, meaning that Mystic Light Center will close its doors soon. My last sound bath at MLC will be Sunday, June 14th at 4:30pm. Not to worry! These sessions will continue… at my lovely sound space at The Crystal Willow Dragonfly Cottage!!! More info to come. All details for this upcoming sound bath can be viewed through the QR code. I know this will be an extra special event and I would love to see you there. It will be a great chance to restore, relax, heal and pay our respects to Mo, who has created so many events for this lovely community 💜💜💜
