No-Call/No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

At Envy Hair Studio, we truly value every guest, especially our new clients, and we are so grateful that you choose us for your hair! 💜

Because we are a small business with a limited number of appointments available, we have implemented this policy to protect our stylists, our time, and our business.

Credit/Debit Card Required for Online Booking

All future online appointments will require a valid credit or debit card on file when booking.

No deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Your card information will simply be securely kept on file to protect your appointment.

No-Call/No-Show & Missed Appointment Policy

If you no-call/no-show for your appointment, a 50% service charge will be applied to the card on file.

The same 50% service charge will apply to appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Please Arrive on Time

Being on time is extremely important. Even arriving just a few minutes late can throw our entire schedule out of whack. When one appointment runs behind, it can cause our stylists to run behind for the remainder of the day, affecting every guest scheduled after you.

We understand that life happens, and if you know you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive late without contacting us, your appointment may be marked as a no-call/no-show, and we may give your appointment time to another guest.

We have a growing waitlist of new guests who are excited and waiting for an opportunity to get into Envy Hair Studio. When an appointment is missed or a guest arrives too late to be serviced, another guest loses the opportunity to take that spot.

We love and welcome everyone at Envy Hair Studio, and we understand that unexpected things happen. Unfortunately, we need these policies in place to protect our stylists, our schedule, and our small business.

Maui is officially part of the Envy family! At just 10 weeks old, he's beginning his journey through "Envy Boot Camp" with the help of a certified trainer.

Maui can't wait to meet all of our amazing clients and be there for you through life's biggest moments. Whether you're getting ready for the best day of your life, celebrating a special occasion, or simply navigating a difficult chapter, Maui is excited to offer plenty of tail wags, puppy kisses, and unconditional love.

As he learns the ropes of being the best salon pup he can be, we ask that everyone please be patient with him while he completes his training.

𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓼

Her love for all things hair started at a very young age. Some of her earliest memories include learning how to braid and spending hours playing with her grandpa’s hair while he watched TV. She chose to pursue this passion in high school, enrolling in cosmetology at Ellicottville BOCES in 2007.

Jess is a proud mom of two young children, and when she’s not in the salon, she loves spending time with her family. Growing up on a farm gave her a deep appreciation for animals, and in recent years she has found so much joy in fostering and rescuing dogs—especially seniors. She has also been volunteering as a cheerleading coach for the past six years, something that has been a big part of her life since adolescence.

Jess specializes in men’s precision cuts and a wide range of color techniques, including blonding, color corrections, fashion colors, and dimensional looks. She also loves creating beautiful styles for special occasions such as school dances, prom, and weddings. While her broad skill set has made her a go-to stylist for the entire family, Jess is passionate about creating a personalized experience tailored to each individual client. She is currently welcoming new clients and can’t wait to have you in her chair—leaving confident and loving your look!
