Position: Customer Sales Representative In-Store
Location: 513 State St., Madison, WI 53703 and 632 S. Whitney Way, Madison, WI 53719
Schedule: Part-Time / Mon.-Sat. Hours Vary
About Us: At DANK 1848, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality Cannabis-Hemp derived products (Premium Flower, Carts, Edibles, Snacks, Brownies, Cookies, Crispy Treats, Teas, Tinctures, Lotions, Massage Cream, Balms, Salves, Cat & Dog Treats and more) to help people feel better and live a balanced, healthy life. What You’ll Do:
🌱Perform/assist with Opening and Closing duties as needed
🌱Upon opening, enter the Store and dismantle the Alarm System
🌱Log into the Lightspeed System and list the amount of cash in the till.
🌱Document the Cash amount on the Opening/Closing Sheet and in the Lightspeed System and note any discrepancies.
🌱Turn on all Store Lights, Display Case Lights, and Signs
🌱Greet customers upon entry with, "Welcome to DANK 1848/H**P 1848"
🌱Handle transactions and manage returns/exchanges
🌱Document all Sales on Sales Sheet, along with Item, Discount, Cost, and Method of Payment
🌱Assist customers in-store and/or over the phone with questions about location, hours, product/product availability
🌱Answer product questions and provide personalized recommendations
🌱Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
🌱Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace at all times
🌱Stock inventory and update information on White Board and Display Cases
🌱Keep up with current product Inventory/Stock, along with knowledge and wellness trends, promotions, and product updates
🌱Note any discrepancies in Inventory/Stock and report to G.M.
🌱Be a positive, friendly face of the DANK 1848-H**P 1848 brand
🌱Maintain ethical conduct and behavior on and off the job, which adheres to the company/business standards outlined in the contract or company policy (i.e. avoiding actions that could harm the employer's reputation, cause public embarrassment, or violate their core values)
🌱Follow all compliance and legal guidelines related to H**P-CBD sales
🌱Ensure that the Store is clean and organized before closing
🌱Document Cash Amount on the Opening/Closing Sheet and in the Lightspeed System
🌱Staple all Daily Receipts, and place Sales Sheet, and Opening/Closing Sheet in Brown Bag/Envelope with Date/Cash Amount/Name written on outside
🌱Upon closing, set the alarm system, turn off all lights (Display Cases, Store, and Signs), and then lock the door. This includes verifying that all entry points are locked and the alarm is activated.
🌱Perform other duties as assigned
