Salon Mentoring Program

With the Salon Mentoring Program (SMP), your team can learn on their own in a fraction of the time it would take to train them yourself.

The Paragon Pet Styling System is designed for the busy salon owner! This system is based on Melissa Verplank’s knowledge and expertise garnered from training thousands of groomers and competitive stylists over the past 30 years. She has created this program to give salon owners an inclusive system to train employees by using the very best teaching methods and tools. The program is designed to give you, the salon owner, access to a highly organized and logical training system for instructing your employees. The Paragon Pet Styling System gives you the books, study guides, and video access needed to quickly teach, test, and monitor your employees’ progress and skill levels. Melissa’s system will give you the tools to train your
employees better, faster, and more thoroughly. This will help you manage your time more efficiently, groom more pets, and make more money!!
