The story started 10 years ago when I started working for a French company. We worked with famous luxury beauty brands and I constantly flew to Paris for training, which led me to love cosmetic brands and fashion brands as well. When I decided to move to New York I understood that the direction in which I want to work should be related to fashion and beauty, so I trained as a stylist and image maker. Also, I got classes at American school of design Parsons and Elle school.
I began to work as a fashion stylist and have had to work with magazines photographers, models, influencers, and various brands. In parallel, I worked in New York Paris, and Miami. I am a model coach and help people get into the industry.
Not long time ago I decided to launch my beauty brand and open the beauty studio LEMLE BEAUTY.
Right now, I am a Fashion stylist, producer, and model coach, bussines woman.
I develop my beauty brand and teach people how to start work in the fashion and beauty industry. I have over 2000 students who take my clasess to start their own fashion and beauty career. I love to be a coach, I love when people start to make good money, changes their life, and start to have more freedom and happiness. But my greatest desire is to support and help women start a new fashion and beauty profession easier.
I like to create something new and share with people my imagination. Having the opportunity to visit different countries, I realized that New York is the best place for fashion. I have a big goal to build a strong fashion and beauty business where people could support each other and grow professionally together.
The biggest challenge in my life is to remove to New York and start with zero, like a newborn. Especially English is my second language. I didn't have any connections, helpers, or something else. I just start to work strong and hard, day by day building my personal brand. For now, I am well-known in a professional environment. I know how is not easy to start a new life, new career, or new business, which is why I like to support people who want to change their lives, open their businesses and be fashion or beauty professionals.
What inspired me to get into the industry? First of all, is freedom, and second is beauty. Freedom is doing what you are doing, traveling, and networking. You meet a lot of wonderful people here and some of them get to be your good friends. I like to live a full life. My last beautiful moment is a photo shoot in the Bahamas.
For my cosmetic brand, I would like to show the best quality with organic ingredients and show how beautiful could be natural beauty.
Q6.
Mindset is very important. Because life is not every day like a holiday. Sometimes when you start something new for you, you could try again and again, until you find how to be a success. This is why my goal is to support people who want to start new businesses in the fashion and beauty industry and give them unique step-by-step algorithms and techniques to get into their own beauty business with me. They could start a model or fashion career or open a beauty salon like mine, and I will teach and coach them how.
Q7.
It is very important when someone could go throw with you, take your hands, and help you with your fears. I spent years building my fashion and beauty career, paid tonnes of money to educate myself and now I could help people who want to go the same way and optimize their money, time, and a lot of other mistakes that could happen when your start something new.
Q8.
Fear is a zone to grow. You never grow up yourself if you are comfortable. Fear is a new level for your life Because fears come to you when you try to get what you never get before. But if you don't know how to go throw with your fears, sometimes they could stop you from your dream life. I recommend not being alone with your fears and always having someone who could help and support you.
Q9.
Success is when your dreams come true because you build them. It is always about getting more than you had before. It could be money, healthiness relationship, or your expertise. Success is always letting yourself be the best version of yourself.
Q10
My new project is brow@lasches studio, brow cosmetics, and school for professionals. I would like to help people who want to start a new career in the beauty industry. I launched at January my LEMLE beauty brand. Also, I continue my favorite project "Fashion and Pozing coaching IMA Lemle" for people who want to get into fashion or modeling.
Q11
My big challenge was moving to the United States. I started a new life here: new friends, new city, new home, new business, etc. Starting a new life when you are almost 40 y.o and have 2 kids is not easy at all. At that moment, besides, I was a single mom with 2 kids. But they are very motivated me. Like most people, I wish the best for my kids. So, first 2-3 years, I worked very hard to build my fashion career. And I continue to work a lot, but now I help a lot of people going their way is easier than I had to.
Q12
First of all, I give high quality for not big many. And here is a reason why. Most people trying very hard to jump into luxury and celebrity levels. It is good, but it is very big competition there. I prefer to give people the same quality as they are celebrities and stars, but they pay me much less money for this service. This strategy brings me a lot of clients and students. Last year I was coaching over 2.000 models, photographers, stylists, influencers, musicians, and actors from over the world on how to get into fashion. I have students and clients not just in the USA, some of them are from Europe, Canada, and Asia.
Q13
I am very demanding of myself. Financial freedom for me is to have millions of dollars in business that I can build from zero. Of course, financial freedom is opportunities for traveling, living in a better place, good education for kids, etc. But my best value is to be useful to people. I like the phrase Beauty saves World. I truly believe. I believe that if you do beauty around, you make people around happier and you are saving the world. This is my truth.
