This beautiful patient had a brachioplasty done six weeks ago in Miami. she developed a seroma, which is fluid build-up underneath the skin. she went to the ER and they turned her away with just antibiotics and refused to touch it. She set an appointment with a lady to have it drain within days it filled up. She was extremely concerned and in a lot of pain so she decided to send pictures to the lady. The woman sent her deposit back and told her to go straight to Grady hospital. She was beyond worried and ready to hop on a plane to go back to her doctor. We were her last hope before she did. I had a quick chat with her doctor over the phone and drained the seroma. The bottom picture is after me draining it. She was so relieved and the pain subsided, she is healing beautifully.
