Yesterday was a drawing & color therapy kind of day, and today we make stickers of the drawings, creating is therapeutic for me and I can get lost in this world for several days.

During these times I go dark, as in I’m in a zone, and once the feelings of anger frustration and sadness work itself out of my Kino, I emerge with more fire, more movement, more community, and more grounding.

I am so grateful to have these outlets, we all have them you just have to lean in and really listen to what you need.
