Rosemary stimulates. It does not nourish. It is an essential oil, which means volatile aromatic compounds, not the lipids a scalp is actually short on.

And it sensitizes. Not everyone, but enough that I will not put it in something people use several times a week.

Most people reaching for growth oil are already shedding. That scalp is usually inflamed. Irritating it further is not a strategy.

So mine is pumpkin seed oil for fatty acids and zinc, nettle infused into the base rather than dripped in at the end, and vitamin E. That is it.
