We are so so incredibly excited to share this with you… our 2nd book, “SMALL TALK” is here! 😭

The idea for this book came from a question we asked you last year… we asked you what your core beliefs were about yourself. The answers were utterly heartbreaking…💔

Thousands and thousands of replies saying things like:

“I’m lazy”
“I just need to try harder”
“I’m stupid”
“Everybody hates me”

We realised there is a MASSIVE problem in our community. That the worst symptom of ADHD isn’t in fact the memory issues, time issues, or problems with organisation… it’s the fact that we feel like we are bad people on a core level 😞

Living with these core beliefs ruins lives. It means you will always undervalue yourself, judge yourself, never go after your dreams, allow mistreatment, and never ask for help. I know this because that was my life for so many years…

In this book we share (well, overshare!) how these beliefs show up in our lives, and how to work through them replace them with something much much better! 🩵

Thank you all so much for inspiring us to share so much of our lives with you… we truly hope this one can be a game-changer for people with ADHD, and the people that love them. 🙏🏼
