INDULGE: Our signature 6 hours event for women to put themselves first and feel like badass babe warriors. It include multiple fitness elements, speakers, fuel for your bod, wellness + lifestyle vendors and magical surprises that can
only be experienced. Until We INDULGE: hour long music-driven, body-weight workout will include elements of meditation, yoga and functional movement. It is movement that requires you to tap into your breath, mind and spirit. You will dig deep to motivate yourself and the community around you. We will move together, become stronger, leave lighter. RETREAT: Fresh air, self-discovery, laughter, amazing food, wine, and outdoor activities. What we believe are the greatest practices of self-care. We sincerely want you to unplug, forget about all of the noise, spend time with yourself and like-minded badass babes. INTEGRATE: education, workshops and experiences that meet the new social capital expectations of employees. These experiences result in enhanced well-being by empowering employees with practices that decrease stress, build stronger relationships and aid in healthier life both in and outside the office. FEEL-GOOD FEAST: S fulfilling four course meal accompanied by a specialty drinks. We believe the body has a built-in system to detox and supporting it with the proper seasonal foods will support you in living a balanced life.
