I. c. Total Care

Independent Care
a. Caregiver will assist/monitor light meals
and/or snacks
b. Caregiver will assist as needed assuring
client’s safety
c. Caregiver will provide light housekeeping
duties such as: Laundry, changing bed
linens once a week (if no accidents), light
vacuuming and dusting
II. Assisted Care
a. Caregiver will prepare light meals/snacks
b. Caregiver will assist with daily grooming:
bathing, combing hair, brushing teeth, etc. Caregiver will provide light housekeeping
duties such as: Laundry, changing bed
linens once a week (if no accidents), light
vacuuming and dusting
III. Caregiver will prepare meals and snacks
b. Caregiver will provide daily hygiene care
c. Caregiver will provide incontinence care
needs. d. Caregiver will provide light housekeeping
duties such as: Laundry, changing bed
linens, light vacuuming and dusting
