Every set of feet tells a story—and this one is about movement, pressure, and the importance of support. 👣
This client presents with toe-walking tendencies, high arches, severe dryness, keratosis buildup, and trauma to the great toenail (hallux), likely from ongoing pressure and gait patterns. Over the next several months, our goal is to gently improve foot health through regular maintenance, nail care, skin restoration, supportive shoe guidance, and exercises to encourage healthier movement patterns.
Progress may take time, but every small step matters. My focus is always to meet each client where they are, provide compassionate care, and help them feel more comfortable and supported from the ground up. 💛

Treatment 1
Chronic nail damage isn’t always fungal—many times it’s the result of long-term trauma, pressure, and improper footwear.
This client has struggled for years with damaged, discolored nails and unsuccessful treatments. Instead of masking the symptoms, we’re focusing on the root cause.
Her care plan includes:
• Advanced restorative pedicures
• Ongoing nail management and protection
• Foot structure support
• Proper shoe fitting and guidance
Real change happens when we address the cause—not just the appearance.
Healing takes time, but progress starts with the right care plan. I’m grateful she trusted me with her journey, and I’m honored to be part of her restoration.
Healthy feet are possible.

Have you ever eaten too much pineapple and felt your tongue burn or bleed? That isn't acid. That is Digestion. Pineapple contains Bromelain, a powerful proteolytic enzyme (protein-eater). While you are chewing the pineapple, the pineapple is chemically digesting the proteins in your tongue. It is the only fruit that eats you back.
The Medical Hack: If taken with food, Bromelain digests your steak. If taken on an empty stomach, it enters the bloodstream and acts as a "Systemic Scavenger." It hunts for dead proteins and inflammation.
1. Eye Floaters: Those annoying squiggly lines in your vision are clumps of collagen in the vitreous humour. A Taiwanese study found that eating pineapple daily for 3 months reduced floaters by 70% as the enzyme dissolved the debris. 2. Scar Tissue: It helps break down fibrin, the tough protein that makes up scar tissue and fibrosis.
⚡ Vital Advice: The Core is Key: Don't throw away the hard center core of the pineapple. The highest concentration of Bromelain is in the Stem and Core, not the sweet flesh. Blend the core into a smoothie, or buy a high-potency Bromelain supplement (look for "GDU" activity units on the label).

There is a difference when you receive a para-medical pedicure with a CMP. We teach you so much about your structure so much about your nails and so much about the skin on the bottoms of your feet.

This is onycholysis, the nail lifting away from the nail bed. It is not cosmetic. It is a structural failure between the nail plate and the bed epithelium. The bond has broken, and once that happens, the plate cannot reattach. Only new nail growth restores it.
Here’s the science:
Onycholysis happens when the bed epithelium, the thin layer under the nail plate, detaches from the plate. It can’t “stick back down” because the nail plate is non-living. The nail must grow out.
Here’s my opinion:
When nail techs understand exactly what they’re looking at, they stop guessing and start solving.
If your experience is different, that doesn’t change the science.

Client:
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and share a truly remarkable experience I've had since commencing my care with Andi several months ago.
Since our initial consultations in the spring, I have been diligently following Andi's recommendations, which include the use of specific oral drops for my ongoing condition. While I've consistently felt improvements, a recent incident provided an undeniable testament to the profound impact of her holistic approach.
Last Saturday, I sustained a second-degree burn on my hand. To my absolute astonishment, there was no blistering, which is completely unprecedented for me. Within just three days, I observed significant signs of healing – a stark contrast to my past experiences, where cuts and burns would typically take weeks, often even months, to show similar progress.
During my scheduled appointment on Tuesday, I discussed the burn with Andi. She promptly provided a specialized topical application to aid recovery. Waking up this morning, Friday, I am genuinely amazed by the accelerated and extensive healing of my hand. The transformation is incredibly rapid and far exceeds any conventional recovery time I've ever known.
This extraordinary progress unequivocally reinforces my profound belief in the superior quality of the products Andi provides and her unparalleled expertise. Her intuitive knowledge and tailored guidance have not only addressed my condition but have also demonstrably enhanced my body's inherent healing capabilities.
I am deeply grateful for Andi's exceptional care and the unwavering trust I place in her advice. Her contributions to my well-being are immeasurable.
