We're now 7 days into chapter 10 of 2026. As I reflect on the MASSIVE changes that have happened in just 10 months, I'm feeling all of the feels...
🌿turning 40
🌿ending my 18-year relationship
🌿re-starting my massage & healing business
🌿entering the dating scene
🌿going no-contact with my parents
🌿meeting & connecting with the most INCREDIBLE women

There is SO much that I've been learning, releasing, experiencing...all of it impacting me in ways I never expected. All of it continuing to allow me to bloom into the woman I've always meant to become 🫶

Growing up in a religious household, I didn't know what Reiki Healing was until well into my 20s, and didn't experience it for myself until I was in my 30s! Many people I talk to about Reiki have no idea wtf it even is though😆

what is Reiki?
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing, and is administered by "laying on hands."

Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
