✨Somatic Breathwork + Nervous System Regulation Certification
October 17 at 9AM

Here’s what most healing approaches miss:
The nervous system doesn’t update through understanding alone.

You can know exactly why you react the way you do. You can have years of insight into where a pattern came from—and still feel the exact same reaction when the trigger arrives.

Because the pattern doesn’t just live in the conscious mind.
It lives in the body.

And one of the most direct ways we can communicate with the nervous system is through something you’re already doing every second of every day:
Breathing.

This certification teaches you how to intentionally use the breath to help the body move out of survival and begin experiencing something different: safety. CE CREDITS AVAILABLE

🔮 PSYCHIC + INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT
November 15 + November 22 | 9:00 AM
It’s officially happening.
Our first-ever Psychic + Intuitive Development training with Clara Jo Weiss begins November 15—and for this inaugural group, we’re intentionally keeping the class small.

We’re already about half full.

Level One: Foundations | November 15
This day is about you—understanding how your intuitive senses communicate, strengthening your natural abilities, practicing discernment, and learning to trust and validate what comes through.

Level Two: Intuitive Practitioner Certification | November 22
Now we shift from you to others—learning how to conduct an intuitive reading, communicate what you receive responsibly, work within ethical boundaries, and integrate intuition into an existing practice.

If you saw us announce this and thought, “I want to do that,” this is your chance to be part of the very first group.
Learn more on our certifications page.

High Frequency Living is our front door—an experiential introduction to energy, frequency, and what it actually means to be stuck in a loop.

We call this a learnscape, because its part information and part experience. You’ll leave knowing your next steps at Shine...
