I started to add Argan oil to my along with the smoothness moisturizer. I previously only used the moisturizer, but I realized that my skin was a little to dry for my skin, which is why I made I added argan oil for that extra moisture boost.

I wanted to share the background of this oil and the many amazing benefits that is has for the skin.

Sad to say that my time in key west has come to an end 😭 I’ve loved exploring this city and having some time away from the brutal, cold, Chicago weather.

This is a follow up from my last post, and I wanted to go more in detail on the ingredients and benefits of Smoothness Bare Haven moisturizer.

When it comes to embracing your curls, and knowing how to style your hair, I believe that one of the most important things to understand is what certain styling products are meant to do. If you’re not sure what stylers are supposed to do, then you don’t really have anywhere to begin. Knowing this, is the foundation of your styling routine.

I made a beginner-friendly list of what a leave-in, cream, and gel do. These are the three styling products that I personally use. The bullets that I have for each styler are the basic ground rules for each product.

Please keep in mind, that it is VERY important to read the labeling on whatever product it is that you’re using. This will tell you what that product is specifically supposed to do.

I’m coming back to you with a new favorite of mine for refreshing my curls which is the Moisture Memory Reactivator. This is a very lightweight leave-in , which is perfect for my fine curls. It brings back moisture, but also doesn’t weight down my curls which is what I always look for in my products.

This refresher is rich in organic ingredients that are very beneficial for you hair :

I have really been enjoying tinted hydrating gel cream for on the days that I do go out. For a tinted moisturizer, it gives pretty good coverage (I would say more full than medium coverage) for my skin.
