My HEB run from yesterday.
I buy things that my family uses.
"Conscious Couponing" is a term I use often that shares the idea of buying only items on sale that you and the household uses.
You actually waste money buying items that you and your family normally don't use. Just because it's a great deal doesn't mean it's worth it. From experience, I have bought items that were a great deal but literally worthless to us. It just sits in my stockpile and goes bad/expires.
