Update on my booking terms & fees.
Effective immediately,
No deposit no appointment.
Payment will now be due the day before your appointment.
Retainer fees are Non Refundable and can’t be transferred over to another date.
The purpose of the retainer fee is holding that date and time for you. When you cancel or need to change your date, I lose business on potential clients. Of course I’m understanding to an extent.
I also have been having trouble keeping up with all appointment requests, it’s getting hard because I have messages coming in from every social platform, including text, calls, and emails.
It’s easier to keep track on here, so please try to make your appointment requests on this page only. This will help me get back to you at a timely manner. If I open snap or my personal messenger, chances are I will forget that same day. Hoping this will be better for my clients in the long run. If I have missed your message please reach out again. Chances are your message got pushed to the bottom.
