👋 I have bittersweet news to share, Happy Health and Wellness closed effective 8/28/26. I absolutely loved working there and was very sad to hear of this business decision. I’ve been dealing with chronically low ferritin for over two years now, with no explanation. Add perimenopause and severe insomnia to that and I’ve felt pretty terrible the majority of those last two years. Even as a nurse actively working in healthcare, I could not heal myself, nor could the practitioners I worked with. Social media definitely has its pros and cons but through info I’ve gained from following other health professionals, I decided to try these two things above. In less than two months my Ferritin has gone from 5 to 27 and I am starting to feel better and sleep better! I needed to share this as it doesn’t seem common knowledge that Iron Biglysinate and Copper were my answers. Now I’m not out of the weeds yet but this combo did even what expensive iron infusions did not. This is the first time my ferritin has been above 10 in two years! I’m so passionate about finding root causes, that I’m happy I didn’t give up and found something that may actually fix me! So I wanted to share this incase anyone else may be going through this. And if you haven’t had your ferritin checked and have unexplained symptoms, please get it checked! I hope this helps someone like it helped me! ❤️🫶
