Our bodies "hurt" because something is wrong...stop ignoring your pains and listen to it.
Massage is about taking care of ourselves for a better, healthier, sense of well being and should never cause any unnecessary harm. Handz on Healingz speaks for itself. I want to free you of your aches & pains, relieve your stress, and promote healing from within. Each session will begin with quick consult to go over your needs and expectations. I will be empathetic to each individual need and always put those needs first. I want to have an emotional impact on my clients and give them a full understanding of what massage is and its many benefits.
