Here are the 3 biggest excuses people make when it comes to their hair.

1- “I’m too old to have long hair or funky colors.” As long as your hair is healthy and maintained, you can have long hair at any age. And while having blue hair used to be an “old lady” thing, you can have some blue now to keep you looking fun and fresh - as long as it’s done the right way. Just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean you can’t have fun!

2- “I don’t have time to keep up with my hair.” We all have different priorities. But what you’re really saying is that you’d rather spend your time doing other things, even if it’s your confidence that suffers for it. Even my highest maintenance clients don’t spend more than 3 hours a month in my chair. (That’s literally less than .05% of your time!) The solution is to get your salon visits on the calendar in advance, that way, the time is already carved out for you. No decision necessary. ;)

3- “My hair needs so much help I don’t know where to start.” You start by asking questions. Is your hair unhealthy? What makes it that way? Is it the style you don’t like?
