Bring your mat, and if you have them, 1–2 blocks and a strap. Don’t have all the props? No worries! I have extras available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The weekly Balance of the Force Yoga class is moving!

Starting Thursday, October 8th, we’re trading Wednesday nights for THURSDAY NIGHTS at 6 PM — and I’m pretty excited about where we’re landing.

601 San Juan Ave • La Junta

😍 And have you SEEN this building?!
It’s a beautiful historic space, and I’m so excited to bring yoga into it.

🚗 One important thing: Parking and the entrance are in the back! You'll enter from the alley and use the rear parking lot. I've included a map so you know exactly where to go.
