I discovered gemmos, on Calum and I’s healing journey, back in 2018 and fell in love the second I found them.

Research supports the benefits of CranioSacral Therapy for chronic low back pain.

In a randomized clinical trial, adults receiving 10 CST sessions over five weeks experienced improvements in pain, disability, depression, and quality of life. The CST group showed significantly greater improvements than sensorimotor training, with benefits continuing at the two-month follow-up.

The CST protocol was based on the work of John E. Upledger and Jon Vredevoogd, making the study directly relevant to Upledger CranioSacral Therapy.

🌟 CST Testimony Spotlight 🌟

B, 38 year old female:

“I have a lot of trauma to lay at God’s feet. For years, I’ve felt burdened. With my background in law enforcement and the things I’ve witnessed, I’ve struggled with my relationship with God. I’ve yearned for it, but my own trauma and the trauma I see every day have made me question so much.

Then, out of nowhere, a friend told me, “I need you to go see Megan and do cranial sacral therapy. God is telling me you need this.” I didn’t research it. I didn’t overthink it. I just trusted, and I booked.

From the moment I walked through Megan’s door, I started crying. She hugged me, and I felt nothing but pure love.

As I laid on her table, everything began pouring out of me. I talked, I cried, and as she worked, I could physically feel what I can only describe as energy shifting through me. The tears just kept coming. I knew in my heart that I was exactly where I needed to be.

When I left, I felt lighter. Unburdened. Like I could finally breathe.

Two weeks later, I went back for my second session. The night before, I felt sick and anxious, and I cried most of the morning. I didn’t know why because I wasn’t anxious about seeing Megan.

As she began working on me, I silently repeated, “Lord, empty me, fill me, use me.”
Then something happened that I still struggle to put into words.

I began seeing colors swirling through the darkness. When Megan worked around my ears, my vision became chaotic with flashes of black and white. I kept repeating those words. Then she touched both ears, and suddenly, harmony. A beautiful explosion of color appeared, slowly swirling together like a lava lamp. When she touched the base of my neck, I felt a pop of energy travel through my body and shoot out through my tailbone. I took a deep breath and slowly exhaled. I felt completely calm. Then she touched the crown of my head, and all I could see was pure white light, with a small golden glow shining down from the left. I felt incredible.

Afterward, Megan told me to lie there and take everything in while she wrote her notes. She had no idea what I had experienced because I hadn’t spoken during the entire session. When I finally told her, we both cried. I told her it felt like something had left me. Something dark. I still don’t fully understand what happened, and I’m not sure I ever will.

As I walked out, I noticed a picture of Jesus with soft tears running down His face. It was a picture I had never noticed before. To me, it felt like confirmation. He was there. I believe God used Megan to help me release something I had been carrying for years. I’m still processing it all, but I am deeply grateful that God gave Megan this gift.

I feel lighter. I feel closer to Him. And I’m so thankful I finally trusted enough to take the first step.

I cannot wait to continue this journey, and I’ll tell anyone who will listen: sometimes God answers us in ways we never expected.”

🌟 CST Testimony Spotlight 🌟

M, 49 year old male:

He has had 4 sessions. The first session he shared that every position change of this work brought up different memories. Some he shared that he hadn’t thought of in a very long time. He reported a profound revelation in regard to one, that even with years of therapy he never realized and that piece of revelation set him free. He reported then, and for the following 3 sessions, deep peace. The end of the first session he felt he just wanted to hug his dad which I found so interesting bc with that particular position I always envision the Lord cradling that person like you would a baby, one hand on on the head and one on the butt, just admiring and gazing. As I was envisioning The Father holding him, he was thinking of His own father 🥹 I mean what are the odds?! 🤯💙

🌟 CST Testimony Spotlight 🌟

N, 42 yo female-
She suffered a traumatic accident while walking her dog. Using a retractable leash, the dog took off after a squirrel pulling her into the air and slamming her HARD onto the ground, on her right side. She was checked out in ER; diagnosed concussion, nothing was broken. She had terrible pain, lots of tension, road rash, was traumatized, and could not move her right arm above her head. She was able to come in for a session 3 days later. During my assessment of her craniosacral rhythm, her shoulders were not moving. After working on her neck and occiput she felt substantial definitive pain relief, and said out loud ‘my headache feels much better!” She was able to sleep on her right side that night. She could lift her arm above her head the next day and all but one deeper area of road rash were significantly improved. She reported feeling back to herself the next day and the desire, which hadn’t been there since the accident, to get up and tackle some chores.

L, 71 female. “I highly recommend you make an appointment with Megan for Cranial Sacral Therapy. I investigated it because of recommendations and because she was once my student. I am 71 and now she is my teacher. After a little research. I found that prayer would be a large part of it, so I was compelled to go. I was suffering deeply so long from grief over the death of my son, suffered anxiety, lived in fear, was triggered easily, and not embracing life. I have had many sessions since May, the last was recently after surgery. I also use gemmotherapy as she advises. I can only speak “the language of my heart”, so it is difficult for me to be brief. The physical changes in my body are comforting; Changes in my digestive system, and my skin was a big surprise. My anxiety has decreased, need for medication decreased, triggers decreased, energy level incredible increase, resilience appeared once again, and I am reaching out more. Spiritually, Megan prays deeply for me and gives all glory to our Lord. During session, sometimes I was quiet, spoke a lot, cried, sighed, and even laughed (so good). After a session, deep relaxation is so welcome. My spouse is so happy for me. My best friend has emphasized “it’s like I rose from the ashes.” My jokester friend with a smile says, “SHE”S BACK !”
My grief remains every day; it will always be, but it is different now, I call it Grace and Mercy.
Megan keeps in touch, checks on me, and loves me so much. I love her too. So, step into her prayer room, get some CST, and feel the Holy Spirit. You can’t go wrong. Amen”
