“Before joining WW, I felt sluggish and uncomfortable in my skin, and I wanted to become the healthiest version of myself. My biggest changes? I started making lighter versions of my favorite foods like pizza, and eating smaller portions of baked goods and ice cream. Inspired by my WW Coach, I also started weight training, and it’s totally transformed my body.⁣

The real work was on my mindset: I had to dig into why I gained weight in the first place and work on my self-confidence, which is what’s helped me keep the weight off!” -Andrea (-65.2 pounds since 2018)⁣
