Got To Have A Massage

I have extensive experience and training in many different modalities which include: Reflexology Ø Russian Ø Swedish Ø Structural Ø Deep tissue

Massages that I give are best in helping body to aid circulation, relax the muscles. Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy. The basic goal of a massage is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being. There are many health benefits that could help you by receiving massage therapy on a regular basis:

Decreases depression
Relieves stress
Encourages relaxatio

Male breast cancer is a rare condition, accounting for only about 1% of all breast cancers. The American Cancer Society estimates that in 2010, about 1,970 new cases of breast cancer in men would be diagnosed and that breast cancer would cause approximately 390 deaths in men (in comparison, almost 40,000 women die of breast cancer each year). Breast cancer is 100 times more common in women than in men. Most cases of male breast cancer are detected in men between the ages of 60 and 70, although the condition can develop in men of any age. A man's lifetime risk of developing breast cancer is about 1/10 of 1%, or one in 1,000.

Did You Know: Skeletal muscles only pull in one direction! For this reason they always come in pairs. When one muscle in a pair contracts, to bend a joint for example, its counterpart then contracts and pulls in the opposite direction to straighten the joint out again. Without this arrangement you wouldn't be able to straighten your legs when you walk or bend your fingers to grip something.

When your biceps muscle in your upper arm contracts, it pulls your lower arm in towards your shoulder. However, when it relaxes, your biceps cannot push your arm back out. To do this, your triceps muscle, on the underside of your upper arm, contracts and straightens your arm out. If your triceps muscle wasn't there, your arm would stay drawn in permanently.
