Flash back Friday to a simpler time back before the times and jobs were stressful for us! Over the last decade my beautiful soul mate and I did a lot fun things especially in her ***rs days! She could still rock the outfit and make it to the international Ho***rs pageant guaranteed! Maybe a comeback is in order! Lawyer work is too stressful 😅 love you babe! 😍

Today in the crossfit realm is the Hero WOD "Chad" which is a 1000 step-ups to a 20" box with weight, I used a 20 # vest but supposed to be done with either a 30 # or 40 # ruck pack🥵. Took me 64:20min to complete and a lot of time to reflect on why I was doing it. Thank you all my vet friends that served and all the vets that paid the Ultimate sacrifice or were very physically or emotionally traumatized. Your pain will be soon removed from your shoulders. The veil of evil is being lifted showing the lies and evil from the world's governments that have been funding both sides of war since Napoleon for profit. It's kinda nice being able to workout on a Sunday morning not hungover, we have pretty much cut out 98% of alcohol in our lives since coming down to the lake, which is shocking because it's everywhere down here! When they say alcohol is depressant they're not lying! I didn't see it until we did cut it out, it has brought and I so much more closer spiritually 10/10 would recommend! Take care of your health physically and emotionally and let your body heal naturally without experimental vaxseens for the common cold or other awful pharmaceuticals! God knows what he was doing, trust him!🙌
