Detox Check-In: Week 1 ✅

I started my detox last week, and I kinda shocked my system—not recommended, but sometimes you just gotta jump in! 🤷🏾‍♀️ I kicked things off with two days of water-only fasting, followed by a juice day.

Now, here’s why easing into a detox is usually the way to go—your body will react to the sudden drop in sugar and caffeine. And trust me, the headaches were no joke! I had a major one for about two days after reintroducing solid food. But that just confirmed…I needed this reset.

Now on Day 7, I’m feeling the shift! More energy, better sleep, and I’m waking up without dragging. My brain is still a little foggy, but that should clear up by the end of the week.

Right now, I’m sticking to a plant-based, minimally processed diet—nothing with more than three ingredients. I’ve committed to at least 21 days, so I’ll check in with more updates soon! ☺️

I’ve been hiding out at CF now I’m returning to the place of accountability. So glad God is married to the backslider. Now in pursuit of my God given purpose I’m confident I will be made whole. This is my journey. ❤️
