By the way, this transformation only required two water based styling products. Water based products allow moisture to pe*****te the hair instead of simply coating it, resulting in hydrated, defined, elongated curls with longer lasting results, even in intense humidity.

For this look, I used Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic followed by Innersense I Create Hold. This is one of my favorite combinations for tighter, coarser coils because it delivers moisture, definition, elongation, and a strong cast that helps preserve the style for days.
