Summer has a way of asking us to slow down — to let the heat soften our pace, to rest in the long light, to remember that growth doesn’t always look like motion. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, breathe, and let ourselves simply be. We hope this season is offering you moments of exactly that.

We’re writing with some wonderful news and a few important updates as we move into the second half of the year.

The Joyful Shaman Is now Stillpoint Sound Healing

Same hands, same heart, same healing — new name. The Joyful Shaman has become Stillpoint Sound Healing, a name that reflects the essence of what I've always offered: a place to return to center.

You’ll still find the Sound Energy Healing and Nervous System Reset Massage you know and love, exactly as before.

Celebrating Cassie Moore & Integrative Holistic Wellness

We are thrilled to announce that Cassie Moore has officially launched her own practice: Integrative Holistic Wellness. Cassie has stepped into the role of leaseholder of our shared office space and established her own formal business — a beautiful milestone, and one we’re so proud to witness.

Cassie is excited for her existing clients to explore the full range of her services and to welcome new faces into her practice.

Office Closure: July 30 – August 3

Our historic building will undergo complete tenting at the end of July; the office will be closed from July 30 through August 3. We encourage you to book your appointments in advance around these dates — we’ll be back and ready to welcome you on August 4.

September Updates

Naomi will be away on vacation September 6–13 and unavailable during that week. And some good news to look forward to: soundbath meditation returns in September. Keep an eye out for dates — we can’t wait to gather in sound with you again.
