In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mustard, garlic and olive oil until mixture is emulsified (fully comes together).โฃ

Spread mixture over salmon, let rest at room temperature 10 minutes.โฃ

Meanwhile preheat grill over medium-high heat to about 400 degrees F. Spray with zero calorie cooking spray to prevent sticking.โฃ

Place salmon on grill skin side down and cook about 4 minutes, then carefully flip (I sort of roll it) and continue to cook another 4 minutes or to desired doneness.โฃ

- 4-6oz of ground meat (your choosing)โฃ
- 1t select oilโฃ
- 2 cloves of garlic finely choppedโฃ
- 1 green onion (separate whites vs green part)โฃ
- 1 t Soy Sauceโฃ
- 3 (maybe more) leaves of Boston or butter lettuce for your cupsโฃ
- 1/2 thinly sliced radishesโฃ
- 1/3c of mint basil and cilantro (any combination works)โฃ
- 1c sliced cucumberโฃ
- Lime wedge for garnishโฃ

4. Lay out your lettuce leaves and spoon meat mixture into each "cup" Top with a few radishes, sprinkle herbs and green onions on top.โฃ
5. Place cucumbers and remaining radish on the side. Squeeze lime juice over wraps and fold over like a taco.

With a Master's in Nutrition and Bachelor's degree in Culinary & Food Services Management, Candice is an expert on food and nutrition. Having over four years of weight loss coaching experience and some amazing success stories, she is excited to help clients meet their weight loss goals and maintain their success for the rest of their lives.

Growing up she played competitive soccer and basketball and coached youth teams in both sports. Recently she has trained and completed several marathons an achievement she never thought possible.
