As a Zumba® Fitness and STRONG by Zumba® Instructor, my goal is to provide awesome workouts, encouragement, and inspiration in a fun atmosphere. It's easy!
Fitness for your body and your soul! In my classes you will meet new friends and have a great time. Come join us for Zumba, Strong Nation, and Sculpt. You don't have to know how to dance, just keep moving and have fun. I'll show you the steps and introduce you to the class.
