Over the years in this industry, I've had the opportunity to experience different roles. I've been an employee, a manager, and now I run my own studio. One thing I've learned through every stage is the importance of staying humble.

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day responsibilities of running a business and forget to show appreciation to the people around you. But the way you treat your team will often be reflected in the way they represent your business.
I've always believed leadership starts with example. When a leader is willing to do the things they ask of others, it creates respect, accountability, and a stronger culture. It removes the mindset of "why should I do it if no one else does?"

The people you choose to bring into your business matter. The right people can push a team forward, raise standards, and create a positive environment. The wrong people can do the opposite.
