I’ve never been a follower so I turned Taco Tuesday into Italian😂😂. I made “chicken Parmesan” inspired tacos. I had ground chicken I needed to use and arugula is one of my obsessions. I was not sure about the whole thing but it was delicious! I made baked sweet potato halves on Monday so great leftovers. 🏠 🌴🌵🍾 👩‍🍳📙

I love a good potato salad. I used russet potatoes skin on (because that’s what I had) onion, celery, hard boiled eggs, homemade mayo, yellow mustard, celery salt and I added four radishes that I needed to use up. It needed a little more tan so I did a splash of white vinegar. It says summer! 🏠 🌴🌵🍾 👩‍🍳📙

Latest Friday night during Lent! Anyone that knows me knows I do not eat fast food, like ever. I made my version of a filet of fish. Fried cod in very good beef tallow on a toasted brioche bun with homemade mayo that I made and turned into the most delicious tartar sauce.
